Terms and Conditions – AwakinLove 

 

1. Introduction

By booking and participating in AwakinLove’s sessions or services (RTT Hypnotherapy, Reiki Energy Healing, Spiritual Guidance), you agree to abide by and accept these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Services Provided

AwakinLove provides holistic healing and guidance sessions, including:

  • Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Hypnotherapy
  • Reiki Energy Healing
  • Spiritual Guidance (Tarot, Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Workbooks)

 

3. Booking and Payment

Sessions can be booked directly via email, phone, or website/social media platforms. Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • RTT sessions include a free discovery call (45 minutes), a full session (2 hours), a personalized transformational recording, and a follow-up two weeks after the session.
  • Spiritual Guidance and Reiki sessions typically last one per session. Additional charges apply if sessions exceed one hour.
  • Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees or forfeiture of session payments.
  • Payment plans are available for packages, where fees can be paid off monthly, with the initial instalment required before the first session.

 

4. Session Information

  • Sessions are available both online and in-person.
  • During RTT sessions, clients experience deep relaxation, guided memory exploration, subconscious belief reprogramming, inner child healing, and empowerment.
  • Reiki and Spiritual Guidance sessions are personalized, potentially including tarot readings, guided meditation, yoga, or workbook exercises.

 

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

AwakinLove respects your privacy and confidentiality. All personal information, session details, and conversations remain strictly confidential. Data collected will never be shared without explicit client consent.

 

6. Medical Disclaimer

Services offered by AwakinLove are complementary therapies and should not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical concerns. AwakinLove makes no claims to cure physical or psychological illnesses.

 

7. Client Responsibility and Commitment

Clients understand and acknowledge that individual results depend significantly on their level of engagement, openness, and adherence to session guidance and recordings provided by AwakinLove.

 

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All session recordings, guided meditations, workbooks, and related materials provided by AwakinLove are protected by copyright. Materials are intended solely for personal use by the client and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

 

9. Liability & Indemnity

AwakinLove will not be held liable for any emotional distress, personal injury, or other perceived harm that arises directly or indirectly from engaging with our services. Clients participate at their own risk and responsibility.

 

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

AwakinLove reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to periodically review these terms to stay informed of updates.
